Change Status of a Member in an Appointment

Description

Changes the status of an existing appointment (activity session) for a customer (member, prospect, or staff member).

🛂 The permission in EVO that grants access to this endpoint is Activity - Edit.

📨 Request Body

Field	Type	Required	Description
`idBranch`	int32	Yes	Identifier of the branch where the appointment was made.
`idActivitySession`	int32	Yes	Identifier of the activity session (appointment) whose status will be changed.
`idMember`	int32	Conditional	Identifier of the member. At least one of `idMember`, `idProspect`, or `idEmployee` must be provided.
`idProspect`	int32	Conditional	Identifier of the prospect. At least one of `idMember`, `idProspect`, or `idEmployee` must be provided.
`idEmployee`	int32	Conditional	Identifier of the staff member. At least one of `idMember`, `idProspect`, or `idEmployee` must be provided.
`subStatus`	int32	Yes	New substatus of the appointment, according to the enum SubStatus below.

🚧 Combined requirement rule:
Required: idBranch, idActivitySession, subStatus
And at least ONE among: idMember, idProspect, or idEmployee.

🔷 Enum `subStatus`

Substatus representing the situation of the appointment in the schedule (returned by appointments/schedule/detail).

Value	Name	Description
0	Scheduled	Appointment created, not yet confirmed.
1	Confirmed	Appointment confirmed.
2	Present	Customer marked as present.
3	Absence	Customer absent (no-show).
7	JustifiedAbsence	Customer absent with justification.

NOTE: include the option to change to the corresponding subStatus values above.

🔁 Update Rule in the Status Table (Enum `Enrollments`)

When changing the subStatus of the appointment, the system must also update the status of the customer in the activity (Enum Enrollments, used in the Enrollment / presence object).

The mapping rule is:

Scheduled	0	Present	0	Code of the status of the customer related to the activity.
Confirmed	1	Present	0
Present	2	Present	0
Absence	3	Absence	1
JustifiedAbsence	7	Justified Absence	2

For Scheduled / Confirmed / Present → save Status = 0 (Present) in the enum Enrollments.
For Absence → save Status = 1 (Absence).
For JustifiedAbsence → save Status = 2 (Justified Absence).

📤 Response Structure

Upon successfully changing the status, the endpoint may return a summary of the updated appointment.
