Overview

Based on the need of some customers to export data in bulk from EVO, sometimes data from all branches, we provide the ability to download XLS or CSV files directly from the browser. The maximum amount of information possible is made available in the file so that you can use it in the most suitable way for your business and system.

How it works

To download the file with the desired data, simply copy one of the URLs provided here, paste it into your browser — Chrome is the most recommended —, change the parameters when necessary, and press the ENTER key to start the process.

The browser will prompt for authentication. At this moment, you will enter the DNS and the secret key found in your EVO, in Settings - Integrations – Card EVO. If you want to access data from all branches at once, use the key you will find in your General Administration module.

By doing this, the browser saves this data and will not ask for it again in future queries. If you are using a shared computer to download the files, we recommend using an incognito window for this. This way, the browser will not save the authentication. Once done, the file will start downloading automatically.

Customer Data

For this file, it will not be necessary to provide any parameters. The API will always return all active, suspended, and special contract customers at the time of the query.

Receivables

For this file, it is necessary to provide at least one date parameter. The example above uses the Receipt Date, but it is possible to search using other dates, as well as filter by type of receipt, as listed below.

The parameters are provided in the address after the question mark ?, and multiple parameters can be inserted, separated by the & sign.

To filter by a type of date, it is always necessary to use De and Ate, with the format of YEAR-MONTH-DAY (AAAA-MM-DD). For example, if you want to query all receipts due in February 2024, the parameters would look like this: ?dtVencimentoDe=2024-02-01&dtVencimentoAte=2024-02-30.

For the call requiring information on types of receipts, the parameters are:

For this file, it is necessary to provide the consultation period by charge date. The file will return the data of the receipts, divided into Revenue Centers, and includes details about the sales items and related invoices.

Parameters:

Date: data / dataAte

idFilial: number

If you are using a token from General Administration, you can filter by branches or leave the idFilial parameter as 0.

Invoices (XLS) (BR)

For this file, it is necessary to provide the consultation period by sending or issuing date. It is not necessary to provide both parameters. The Status parameter can be used to filter. If you want to bring all invoices sent with all statuses, use 0.

Parameters:

0 = all results

1 = awaiting sending

2 = awaiting return

3 = canceled

4 = error

The sending date parameters (dtEnvioInício/dtEnvioFim) and issuing date (dtEmissaoInicio/dtEmissaoFim) can be used in both YEAR-MONTH-DAY (AAAA-MM-DD) and DAY-MONTH-YEAR (DD-MM-AAAA) formats.

If you are using a token from General Administration, you can filter by branches or leave the idFilial parameter as 0.

Invoices (CSV) (BR)

This link can be used to download a .CSV file with all invoices issued in a specific period.

The parameters provided in the link form the periods of issuing dates: dtEmissaoInicio=AAAA-MM-DD and dtEmissaoFim=AAAA-MM-DD.

To receive information from a specific branch, you must authenticate with that branch's token. To receive from all branches, or from a group of branches, use the token generated in General Administration or in another aggregator (centers).

Customer Entries

This link can be used to download an .XLS file containing information about customer entries. It can be queried with the access key to a specific branch or the General Administration key, bringing data from all branches.

The report presents three tabs:

Complete report: shows all customers with access in the period, displaying their origin branch, entry branch, and the number of accesses in the period;

Only entries in another branch: uses the same table structure as the previous one but only brings customers with access in branches different from their origin branch;

Entries with date: presents all entries in the period, with the date they occurred. Only considers one entry per day.

The possible parameters to be provided in the link are:

Entry period: monthStart=MM, monthEnd=MM, and year=AAAA. Not mandatory. If you do not use the parameter, the report will return data from the month immediately prior to the day the query is executed.

Whether or not to consider entries from aggregators, such as Gympass, Totalpass, or Classpass: dailyPass=true to consider only entries from aggregators and dailyPass=false to not consider this type of entry. Not mandatory. If you do not use the parameter, entries from aggregators will not be considered.

Entries through the workout printing program: dailyPrint=false to disregard entries inserted when printing the workout. Not mandatory. If you do not use the parameter, entries from workout printing will be considered.
