API Pro

EVO provides API integration for customers starting from EVO Black, offering two usage plans: API Plus and API Pro.

The plans define usage limits and consumption rules for the API.

➕ API Plus

The EVO API Plus is included in the monthly fee of EVO Black, at no additional cost, and is suitable for occasional or low-volume integrations.

Usage Limits

Limit Type	Quantity
Daily Limit	100 requests
Monthly Limit	1,000 requests

The limit is applied per branch. Thus, in gyms that have multiple branches associated with the same DNS, each branch has its own request count. Therefore, it is possible for one branch to reach its request limit while others continue to make API calls normally, without impacting their operation.

Behavior Upon Reaching the Limit

When one of the limits is reached:

New requests cannot be made.

Depending on whether the daily or monthly limit was reached, the API will return the error below.

Limit Renewal Rules:

Daily Limit: automatically resets at the start of the next day.

Monthly Limit: automatically resets at the start of the next month.

💎 API Pro

The EVO API Pro is an optional plan that can be contracted directly within the EVO platform.

This plan is suitable for medium or high-volume integrations, offering greater usage capacity and additional features.

Billing Model

The plan has a base monthly fee and additional charges based on the volume of requests.

Billing Periods

Period	Time
Daytime	06:00 to 23:59
Nighttime	00:00 to 05:59

The charge for usage is generated at the end of each month, due on the 15th, regardless of the contract date.

Relationship Between Plans and Rate Limits

The usage limits of the plans do not replace the technical rate limits of the API.

In other words:

API Plus has daily and monthly limits, in addition to the technical rate limits.

API Pro has no daily, monthly, or per-minute limits, but is still subject to the other technical rate limits of the API.
