This flow represents the monitoring and analysis of the customer and prospect base, allowing:

Query of active customers and current contracts

Identification of customers who have not renewed their contracts

Monitoring of prospects, visits, and conversions

Planning of retention and marketing actions

🚧 ALL responses from these endpoints are in XML. That is, you will not receive a common json.

Method	Endpoint	Description
`GET`	`/api/v2/management/not-renewed`	Returns the list of customers who have not renewed their contracts in a specific period, with information on branch, contract, status, and responsible consultant.
`GET`	`/api/v2/management/prospects`	Returns the list of registered prospects in a specific period, including registration information, visits, conversion, and contacts.
`GET`	`/api/v2/management/activeclients`	Returns the list of customers with active contracts, including details of current and future contracts, contact information, and branch.
