Our goal is for the EVO API to meet the needs of all integrations — but we know that we don't always cover all possible scenarios. When this happens, you can contribute by sending improvement suggestions to our Product and Engineering team.

Before submitting your idea, please follow the guidelines below to ensure we evaluate your case clearly and efficiently.

📌 Before Submitting a Suggestion

To avoid rework and ensure that your request is truly necessary, we recommend:

1. Check if the feature really does not exist

Review all API documentation.

Use the search for endpoints and keywords.

Explore related flows, including endpoints that may not seem directly connected.

Many common needs can already be met by existing endpoints, combinations of filters, or alternative strategies.

2. Test all possible flows

Even if the main endpoint does not meet the case, often:

There are additional filters that solve the problem.

There is another endpoint that can meet the need.

It is possible to compose two or more calls to achieve the result.

Certain data can be queried indirectly.

Validating these possibilities helps avoid duplicate or unnecessary requests. Use AI to assist in this analysis.

3. Clearly describe the pain point

If after checking all this there is still a real gap, send your suggestion including:

What is the real need? (the pain, not just the desired solution)

What flow did you try to follow?

Which endpoints did you test?

What would be the positive impact if we implement it?

What data or operations are missing?

The clearer the context, the faster we can evaluate.

To maintain the reliability, performance, and security of the platform:

Even though they are valuable, they do not always enter immediate prioritization.

Our priority is always to maintain platform stability, fix critical issues, and work on planned evolutions.
